All membership options include access to any markets where both GYPSUMETRICS and your company operate. You can choose to receive reports for a single market or split them across multiple markets. 

Our reports cover drywall, insulation, steel framing, and finishing under GYPSUMETRICS, while roofing is covered exclusively under ROOFMETRICS. In addition to trade-specific insights, our reports also include data on labor rates, material costs, subcontractor usage, production efficiency, and key operational benchmarks—giving businesses a complete view of market trends and industry performance. We continually assess industry needs to ensure our reports provide the most relevant and valuable insights. 

Each report will include 10 to 20 questions. 

Yes, each month introduces new questions to capture evolving industry trends. Over time, select questions will be revisited to track shifts in the market and assess how your company’s performance compares over time. 

GYPSUMETRICS is exclusively for drywall contractors, while ROOFMETRICS is tailored specifically for roofing contractors. Each service is designed to provide industry-specific insights that align with the unique challenges and demands of these trades. 

Our Side: Only one designated data analyst has access to your data to process the numbers and compile the reports.

Your Side: Access to your monthly reports is restricted to authorized personnel within your company who have signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ensuring confidentiality and controlled data sharing.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Refunds will be issued but will be adjusted to account for any completed work on your account. Additionally, a 15% refund fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Memberships are billed as a single upfront payment before service begins. At this time, we do not offer monthly installment plans. 

Survey: Each month, the survey will be sent via email during the first week, including a direct link for easy access.

Report: Your Monthly Metrics Report package will be delivered via email at the end of the month or shortly after.
